Before starting the machine, check whether the oil distributor of the plywood cold press lubrication system is intact, whether the conveying pipelines are unblocked and whether they are loose. Whether the lubricating oil level is normal and the lubricating pressure is satisfactory.

The plywood cold press is turned on after a long downtime, and it can be manually lubricated several times. The time distance of automatic lubrication is set by the computer program. It needs electric lubrication once when it is turned on. In the future, it will automatically lubricate according to the number of mold openings. (The number of distances and the duration of each lubrication are set by the program, and the machine with a touch screen can be set by the screen.) The lubrication pump is set to work at 15Bar.

Lubrication of plywood cold press mold adjustment equipment:

The mold adjustment equipment of the plywood cold press is lubricated with butter, and the butter is added every 3 months. Before adding the butter, clean the surface of the moving pair of the mold adjusting nut and the screw rod and the split gland and the end surface of the nut. Then apply a layer of butter evenly on the surface of the thread, gland and sprocket. The machine with a grease nozzle on the gland can be filled with a grease gun. The plywood cold press is filled with butter in the reduction box once every six months.
