      This product is used to blow the core veneer or face veneer with the hot air in the heating exchanger.

      1.In the 30 meter long ventilation area, 28 meters are the hot wind areas, and the remaining 2 meters are the cold wind areas.Every 2 meters hot air zone is equipped with 1 hot fans to achieve the effect of completely drying veneer.

      2.The diameter of the Roller is 102mm,this will make the force area of the veneer large,and it is not easy to plug and no edge warp.  

      3.High temperature bearings are used at both ends of the roller.Resistant to 400 degree high temperature,it can be used for 4 years.  

      4.75% parts of the fuselage are assembled by screws，easy  to facilitate disassembly, repair, maintenance and replacement.  

      5.This machine is more than 30 meters, adopts double chain transmission, makes the roller force evenly, and is not easy to jam.  

      6.This machine is equipped with a 6 meter transmission machine to remove all moisture from the veneer.
