(1) The fixed-thickness spiral roller is installed at an oblique angle of 8 ° and forms an angle with the wood to be processed. It plays the role of no collapse groove when sanding and fixed thickness, which can effectively eliminate the wave ripple phenomenon;
(2) The amount of sanding is large, and the polishing accuracy is high. The thickness tolerance of the workpiece after single-sided grinding is within 0.1mm;
(3) Adopting frequency-converting speed-regulating feeding, the feeding speed can be adjusted arbitrarily, and it can be equipped with an automatic thickness sensor to automatically adapt to the thickness of the sheet to prevent car jams and large wave patterns.
(4) With sand-proof trench device, controlled by independent research and development procedures to eliminate sand-ditch phenomenon during shutdown and protect the board;
(5) The combined feeding of the roller and conveyor dual-drive system plays an effective buffering role without slipping;
(6) Adopt advanced micro-computer anti-return device, independent research and development program control, to prevent sheet from popping out.
