Loosen the ram screws and adjustment screws on both ends, widen the knife door, lower the height of the knife, and then tighten the screws, so as to solve the problem of veneer rolling.

2. Uneven thickness of veneer:

Mainly due to damage to the distance measuring or speed measuring encoder or electronic ruler of the spindle plywood veneer peeling machine(spindle rotary veneer peeling machine). Solution: adjust the fast-forward frequency of the rotary cutter to 2Hz, and observe whether the diameter of the log changes continuously. If there is still a pause, it means that the ranging encoder is broken and needs to be replaced. If the speed of the roller is inconsistent with the actual speed, the speed encoder needs to be replaced.

3. The peeled veneer is wavy:

This situation is generally caused by the excessive resistance of the feed of the spindle plywood veneer peeling machine(spindle rotary veneer peeling machine). Solution: Check whether the current output by the inverter is greater than 5A when idling. If it exceeds the need to adjust the machine, check whether the resistance caused by poor lubrication is too large.
