Rotary cutting machine installation technical requirements

As a woodworking machine, the rotary cutting machine is an indispensable machine for many plywood manufacturers. The emergence of CNC rotary cutting machine not only improved the quality and accuracy of the production of veneer, but also greatly improved the production efficiency and the degree of automation of the whole machine. The machine's rotary cutting accuracy is very high, and the tolerance of the veneer thickness can only exist between 0.03 and 0.15 mm. To ensure the quality of the veneer peeling  machine, the following technical requirements must be met during installation.

First, the misalignment of the centerlines of the two spindles does not exceed 0.2 mm.

Second, the radial runout of the card shaft is not more than 0.1 mm.

Third, the working surface of the pressure scale holder should be parallel to the centerline of the main axis, with an allowable error of 0.15 mm.

Fourth, all limit stops are fixed during installation to ensure accurate stop positions.

Fifth, the two guide rails of the tool post should be parallel to each other, and the deviation of the guide rails per meter length is not greater than 0.04 mm.

Sixth, the centerline of the spindle should be parallel to the working surface of the guide rail, and the deviation should not be greater than 0.15 mm.

Seventh, after the general assembly of the left and right axle box and the base, the positioning pin holes can be drilled after the above-mentioned relevant conditions are met.

Eighth, after the center frame is assembled, the center and the center line of the main shaft are required to be concentric, and the allowable error is 0.2 mm.

Ninth, the guide rail of the tool post is required to be horizontal in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the deviation is not greater than 0.03 mm per meter of length.

Tenth, the blade is an important part of the wood rotary cutter. It is a knife used to spin wood into veneer. The incorrect installation of the blade will affect the use of the machine,

During the installation, the height of the center line of the card shaft is used as a reference. The rotating bolts must first set the knife height on both sides, and then position the middle height. Make sure that the blade edge of the blade and the center of the machine shaft are on the same horizontal line, and then tighten the nut. The height of the blade edge is 0-1 mm higher than the center of the wood. If vibration occurs during rotary cutting, it is because the blade is installed low, and the blade is adjusted to not shake the blade. If the resistance of the rotary cutting is too large or the skin is broken, it is because the blade is installed too high.

The working accuracy requirements of CNC veneer peeling machines are very high, and the installation and matching errors of various components must not be too large, otherwise the working accuracy of rotary cutting machines will be affected. After the left and right axle box and the base are assembled, the positioning pin holes can be drilled only after the above conditions are met. All limit stops are fixed during installation to ensure accurate stop positions. After the center frame is assembled, the center of the center frame and the spindle center line must be concentric, and the allowable error is 0.2 mm.
