It only needs to set the parameters such as the thickness and length of the veneer. After pressing the button, the machine can automatically cut the wood. . During operation, the feed speed can be accurately transmitted to the frequency converter in real time according to the veneer of different thicknesses. This can ensure that the thickness of the veneer is uniform, smooth and flat, and the length is uniform.

1. Veneer rolling:
This situation is generally caused by the knife door being too narrow or the knife holder being too high. The solution is very simple. Loosen the ram screws and adjustment screws at both ends, widen the knife door, lower the height of the knife, and then tighten the screws. This will solve the problem of veneer rolling.
2. Uneven veneer thickness:
Mainly due to damage to the ranging or speed measuring encoder or electronic ruler. Solution: Adjust the fast forward frequency to 2Hz and observe whether the diameter change of the log is continuous. If there is still a pause, the ranging encoder is broken and needs to be replaced. If the rotation speed of the roller is not consistent with the actual rotation speed, the speed measurement encoder needs to be replaced.
3. The veneer cut out is wavy:
This situation is usually caused by excessive resistance to the infeed. Solution: Check whether the output current of the inverter is more than 5 amps during idling. If it exceeds the need to adjust the machine, check whether the resistance caused by poor lubrication is too large.
Veneer peeling machine have different errors depending on the material they are cutting. The details are as follows:
There are several reasons for the error in the thickness of the veneer of the rotary cutter:
1. Improper auxiliary slip into town;
2. The main slideway is heavily worn;
3. The small diameter shaft for large diameter materials, the chuck is easy to loose, and the wood block stops when turning;
4. The back angle is too large, and the knife and wood section vibrate;
5.The height of the rotary cutter is too high;
6. The feed screw or nut of the tool holder is severely worn.
How to eliminate the error of veneer thickness of veneer peeling machine:
1. Reduce the inclination angle of the auxiliary slide;
2. Repair the main slide to level it;
3. Large chuck for large diameter wood segments;
4. Change the screw rod or nut or both;
5. Adjust the knife height to be equal to -0.5-0.5 mm;
6. Measure the back angle with a modified universal goniometer, adjust it to reduce it, and observe whether the width of the bright part of the friction between the blade and the wood segment is 3-4 mm.
The wood rotary cutting machine is the main machine for producing veneer; the veneer with different thicknesses is used for cutting. As for how to adjust, let's take a brief look;
Use a triangle ruler (500 * 250mm) to support the upper and inner sides of the double flower roll of the rotary cutter, and use a ruler (150mm) to hold the upper side of the single flower roll to observe the value at the intersection of the triangle and the ruler. The thickness of the leather is 1.0 mm. Take 35 mm-36 mm at -2.0 mm. If the thickness of the skin is less than 1.0 mm, the reading will increase accordingly. If the thickness of the skin is more than 2.0 mm, the reading will decrease accordingly.
If you want to increase the pressure of the veneer peeling machine, you need to increase the spacer between the single box on both sides and the knife shoulder; when the pressure is reduced, you must reduce the spacer.
