The reducer is generally used for transmission equipment with low speed and high torque. The motor, internal combustion engine or other high-speed power is driven by the gears with few teeth on the input shaft of the reducer to mesh the large gear on the output shaft to achieve the purpose of deceleration. The reducer will also have several pairs of identical principle gears to achieve the desired deceleration effect. The ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small gears is the transmission ratio.

The speed reducer plays a role of matching the speed and transmitting torque between the prime mover and the working machine or the actuator and is a relatively precise machine. R series reducer adopts hard tooth involute cylindrical helical gear, which can realize concentric shaft (secondary, third) and parallel shaft (single-stage) transmission with the following characteristics: 1. Compact structure, small space requirement and high bearing capacity, long life. 2. The transmission ratio is with high precision; the step is small, the efficiency is high, the noise is low, the module design can be combined in multiple stages. 3. The reducer has a foot, flange mounting method, and the output shaft adopts a solid shaft structure. Due to the above characteristics, the R series reducer is mainly used in the single-roller double-roller motor and the feed motor of the rotary cutter, and the R-series reducer is also used on the high-level log debarking lathe.

RV series turbine reducer mainly has the following advantages: 1. Excellent heat dissipation performance and large carrying capacity. 2. Multifaceted installation, hollow output shaft structure, with various input and output modes, and can be easily combined with other transmission machinery and has strong adaptability. 3. The model is compact, compact, small in size and light in weight, saving installation space. Due to its small size and strong applicability, the RV series reducer is mainly used on the rubber roller and shear motor of the rotary cutting machine.

Due to its low cost and long life, the 350 reducer is widely used in the production of circular machines, which significantly reduces the production cost of the rounding machine. However, due to the high noise and low accuracy, we recommend the use of R series reducers for the log debarking machine with high requirement.
